One software.
Your whole business.

Everything you now run across six different programs, in a single one: management, payments, marketing, training and your client's app.

The manager's panel, the client's app and the scale: three pieces of the same system.

02 · What it does

Three pillars, one system.

They're not three products sold together: they're the three questions anyone running a center asks themselves, answered by the same system and on the same data.

03 · Acquisition and customer service

Campaigns, the funnel and conversations are in the same place that collects the fee, and LAIA herself answers whoever asks on WhatsApp at eleven at night, with your prices, your timetables and your free places.

Center WhatsApp · LAIATuesday, 23:11

Hi, I've seen the gym in Abando. How much is it per month?23:11

Hello Íñigo. There are three fees: Mornings 34 EUR, Full 49 EUR and Full with trainer 69 EUR. All three include the instructor-led classes.23:11

It's just that I can only go after work, around 20:0023:12

Then the mornings one won't work for you. With Full you can come in at any time. On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 20:00 there's Body Pump, and tomorrow's has 4 places free.23:12

And is there a minimum term?23:13

None. You give a month's notice and that's it. The enrollment fee is 30 EUR and until the 30th it's half price.23:13

OK, I'm interested23:14

I'll leave your sign-up ready, you just need to pay: fitmewise.com/abando/alta. And if you'd rather see the center first, Elena can show you round tomorrow at 19:00. Shall I book it for you?23:14

Yes, tomorrow at 1923:15

Booked. I'll remind you an hour before. See you tomorrow, Íñigo.23:15

Sample conversation: the rates, timetables and places come from the system, not from a hand-written script.

01

Campaigns and funnel

The system already knows who hasn't been in for a month, whose pass is running out and who has canceled. You choose the group and write to them by email or WhatsApp without exporting anything.

02

WhatsApp with LAIA

The client writes to the center's usual number and LAIA replies straight away: prices, timetables, places, bookings and cancellations. When a person is needed, she hands over the whole conversation.

03

The website salesperson

The same assistant, built into the center's website. It greets whoever visits, answers their questions and leaves you the contact already in the funnel. It sells at night and at weekends.

04 · Automatic flows

35 sales, retention and collection flows
that run at the same time.

Acquisition, retention and collection, each doing its own thing. All 35 arrive as drafts and you switch on the ones you want, one by one.

Never without a channel

WhatsApp first, email if the lead doesn't have it. It resends if there's no reply and respects the quiet hours you set per branch.

02

LAIA replies and offers

If the lead replies, LAIA continues the conversation and offers them the fee. With “Still interested?” buttons that move their stage with one click.

03

The task, assigned automatically

When a person is needed, the flow creates the task and shares it out in turn among the sales staff, with the front desk or to a fixed person.

05 · LAIA, your analyst

You ask her why revenue
has dropped. And she tells you.

LAIA is the assistant you carry inside the program: instead of handing you a report, she looks at your center's data, tells you where the hole comes from and suggests what to do. The data on screen is from a sample center.

August closed worse than July. What happened?09:02

August closed at 41,280 EUR against July's 47,140 EUR, 12.4% less. It's not the summer: last August it only fell 4%.09:02

Almost all of it comes from two places: 63 cancellations when a normal August is 28, and 118 returned direct debits, 3,940 EUR that still hasn't come in.09:02

And where do those cancellations come from?09:03

41 of the 63 are from Abando and happened between 3 and 11 August, the same days the cycling room was closed because of the air-conditioning breakdown. 78% had been signed up for less than six months.09:03

So what do I do?09:04

Two things. Of the 118 returns, 94 have a card on file and can be retried today: that's 3,120 EUR. And of those who left, 37 left an unused pass; offering them a return with that balance wins back one in five on average.09:04

Prepare the one for the passes09:05

I'll have it ready for you: 37 people, by WhatsApp, tomorrow at 10:00. Review it and hit send. On Monday I'll tell you how many have come back.09:05

Sample conversation: you ask by typing and she answers with your center's data, not with a generic report.

06 · Indicators and KPIs

All your center's KPIs, already calculated.

The catalog comes ready-made, by branch or combined, and closes by itself every night. And if you're missing a KPI, ask LAIA for it in your own words: she builds it, you see it with your data and you decide whether to keep it.

  • MRR, ARPU, churn, joiners and leavers, bookings and access, already set up
  • Your own KPIs: ask LAIA for them and see them with your data before saving them
  • They close by themselves every night and are reviewed every morning

07 · Your client's app

Your client, with everything
on their phone.

It's not another app that has to be synchronized with yours. What the trainer writes in the morning, your client has on their phone by the afternoon.

  • Booking of instructor-led classes, services and spaces
  • Their training plan and their nutrition guidelines, which LAIA adjusts to each person
  • Their progress, with the scale's measurements
  • Their fees, their receipts and their payment method
  • Access to the center from their own phone

08 · If you have more than one center

Several centers, a single account.

It's not a last-minute add-on. Every figure knows which center it comes from, and comparing two branches is just opening one screen.

  • Indicators are viewed by branch or combined, without exporting anything
  • Whoever runs the chain sees everything; each center sees its own
  • Each branch has its own fees, timetables and catalog
  • Opening a new branch is just copying another one's configuration

09 · The hardware is ours too

We supply the scale.

Fitmewise Balance measures weight, height, body fat percentage, BMI, muscle mass, bone content and calorie expenditure. They step on, get measured, and the reading appears by itself in their record and in their app: nobody writes anything on paper, and the next one is compared with the last.

  • It measures by bioimpedance, with nobody typing anything
  • It works alongside access control and sports watches
  • Training and diet plans are adjusted with that data
A female member is measured on the bioimpedance scale while her trainer follows the reading on the tablet.

10 · Access control is ours too

We control the door as well.

At the entrance, each member shows their face, finger, card or the QR code on their phone, and the door opens by itself. The reader doesn't ask anyone anything: it decides on the spot against the list of authorized people it already has loaded, so if the internet goes down one day, it keeps opening all the same. When someone pays their fee, buys a pass or makes a booking, only their line in that list is updated; there's no need to recalculate the whole thing.

  • Face, fingerprint, card or QR: each member comes in however they prefer
  • Biometrics are enrolled from the Dashboard, without touching the device
  • If someone is left outside, the front desk opens the door remotely from the panel

EBKN EN-D808Up to 20,000 users, faces and fingerprints
EBKN EN-K190 access control reader, with a facial recognition screen and contactless card reader.
EBKN EN-K190Up to 1,500 users, faces and fingerprints

You pick one or the other depending on the size of the center: the K190 for a single branch, the D808 for the one with the most people coming through the door.

11 · The product inside

What it replaces, screen by screen.

The tools you now buy separately are, here, entries in the same menu.

Click on any screen to see it at full size. Screenshots from a demo environment with fictitious data.

12 · How the switch is made

Switching software
isn't something you do.

It's the first thing that worries people, and rightly so: nobody wants to run the center at half speed for two weeks. That's why the set-up is done by one of our engineers, with you alongside, and they don't leave until the center runs on Fitmewise just as it did yesterday.

1

A named engineer

This isn't ticket-based support. It's a person assigned to your center, who knows how you work, does the set-up with you and is still there once you've started.

2

Your data comes with you

Members, fee history, passes, contracts and accounting. We take it out of the program you use now and reconcile it with you before taking the step, not after.

3

And LAIA, for the day-to-day

You ask the assistant your everyday questions inside the program itself and she answers straight away, with your data in front of her. For anything that needs a person, your usual technician is still there, by phone and by WhatsApp.

13 · Fitmewise University

Your team learns their role without you having to explain it.

More than 800 short video lessons, with practice and an exam, inside the program itself. Whoever joins learns from scratch and the rest of the team works to the same standard.
