Ask your member before they leave without saying a word

12 question types, scales of your own and anonymous or identified responses. That way you get to what your member really feels, not the box they tick just to get it over with.

The builder

12 question types, to measure exactly what you want to measure

Don't force every question into a yes or a no. You choose from 12 types, from the short answer to the multiple-choice grid.

  • 12 question types: from the short answer to the multiple-choice grid
  • Its own scale on each question: you set the minimum and the maximum
  • Save as a draft, publish when it's ready, or archive it as a template
The 12 question types and what else you can configure
  • The 12 types — short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, file upload, linear scale, rating, multiple-choice grid, checkbox grid, date and time.
  • Scales to suit you — you set the minimum and the maximum on linear-scale and rating questions.
  • Options and grid rows, in separate tables — a grid question has its own rows without touching the column options.
  • Ask for identity if you want — email or identification number from the respondent, in the mode you define.
  • Four switches per survey — a copy of the response sent to the respondent, one response per person, progress bar and random question order.
  • Three states — draft, published or archived; and you can mark it as a reusable template, with its own theming.

The response

You decide whether the response carries a name or not

A survey open to anyone and a survey to your members don't ask for the same thing. You choose, and each piece of data is stored according to its type, with no forced crossovers.

  • Anonymous or guest response: email and identification are optional
  • It's linked to the member's profile only if they respond while logged in
  • Each piece of data by its type: text, number, date or time
How each response is stored
  • Anonymous or guest — the email and identification number are optional, not mandatory.
  • Link to the profile, with a clear limit — the response is linked to the member only when they respond while logged in. If they reply from the link without identifying themselves, that response is not later matched to their record, even if they type in their email by hand.
  • One piece of data, one column type — text, number, date or time; on option or grid questions, the response points directly to the chosen option or row.
  • Soft delete — an archived response doesn't disappear: it is marked with its removal date.

What's missing

Today it's shared and answered; what triggers and what reacts comes later

The survey is created, shared through its link and answered: all of that works end to end. What it doesn't yet do on its own is launch after a class, or react when a bad response comes in.

  • Not yet: automatic sending after a class, a booking or a contact
  • Not yet: a low rating triggering a task or an alert
  • Today: it's shared through its link, and the response is saved in full
What a survey doesn't do yet
  • No automatic sending after a class, a booking or a contact. No bookings, recurrence or messaging module triggers a survey by itself today: sharing it is up to you.
  • No reaction to the response. A low rating or a negative NPS doesn't create a retention task or move a lead to another stage in the CRM: the module saves the response, but doesn't act on its own.
  • Coming soon on both fronts — automatic triggering after an event at the center, and actions that fire when a specific response is received.
Frequently asked questions

What people tend to ask about this module

If a member gives a low score, does an automatic alert go off?

Not yet. The response is saved, but today it doesn't trigger any task or notice by itself: reviewing low scores is down to your team, not the system.

Can I send the survey right after a class?

Not automatically, not yet. Today the survey is shared through its own link; sending triggered by a class or a booking is in the next package.

Does the member have to identify themselves to respond?

No, unless you ask them to. You can leave it anonymous, or ask for email and identification as an option, not an obligation.

Is the response lost if I archive it?

It is never deleted: an archived response is marked with its removal date, it doesn't disappear.
