Your season of courses, without rebuilding it by hand again.
Social rate, standard rate and the concession report, each in its own place.
A municipal sports center doesn't sell a one-off membership: it sells courses by season, with different rates depending on who signs up, and on top of that it has to answer to the council for the concession. Fitmewise schedules each course with its start and end date, keeps the rates separate and gives you the data to justify how the center is used.

What already happens in municipal sports centers
Enrollment is set up from scratch every season
The swimming course or the keep-fit class, rebuilt by hand again at the start of every season.
Justifying the use of the center to the council is manual work
Pulling the list of members and payments for the concession report is done by hand, course by course.
The social rate and the standard rate don't sit well together
Without a clear system, working out who pays the discounted rate and who pays the standard one is done from memory at the front desk.
When a course fills up, the waitlist is kept on paper
And when someone frees up a place, nobody remembers who was next to be told.
Each pain, with its module behind it
The course is born with its start and end date
A swimming course per term is scheduled with its exact period and its capacity; when it fills up, the waitlist kicks in and the first person moves up as soon as a place frees up.
Group classes, services and spacesThe social and standard rates live side by side without getting mixed up
Each rate is simply another fee, with its own access and usage limits; checking who is entitled to the discounted one is still up to you, with whatever document your concession requires.
Fee, access and facility usage controlYou pull the report data without building it by hand
Members, fees and payments are exported to CSV, course by course: the data to justify things to the council comes from here, although you put together the final report document yourself.
Payments, invoicing and integrated accountingThe notice for the new season doesn't depend on phoning people one by one
You segment those who already signed up last season and send them the notice for the new enrollment by email or SMS, without going through the list by hand.
Multichannel bulk communicationThe pool breakdown, with its deadline
A heated pool out of service is reported through a link, without the person who spots it having to log in, and the incident comes with its SLA by priority and its work order. You have the record of every machine and every room with its floor plan, ready to justify the maintenance to the concession.
Maintenance and incident managementUser satisfaction, backed by data
You launch the season survey through its own link and let people respond anonymously if they prefer; with 12 question types you measure exactly what you need to justify. Every answer is stored by its data type, ready for the center's annual report.
Surveys and feedback collection
LAIA, keeping an eye on your courses by season
LAIA reads the same lists you use today: enrollments, waitlists and payments. Ask which course came up short on places and it answers with the numbers for that course.
- Tells you which courses from the previous season didn't fill up
- Warns you which discounted rates are about to expire
- Tells you how many social-rate direct debits are still unpaid
The start of the swimming season at a municipal sports center
In September you open enrollment for the children's swimming course, with its start and end dates already set. It fills up in three days; the last to sign up go on the waitlist, and the first one moves up on their own as soon as someone cancels. At the front desk, you register one resident family on the social rate and another on the standard rate, each with its own fee. At the end of the month, you pull the CSV of members and payments for the course to attach to the report the council asks for under the concession.

What people ask before deciding
Does Fitmewise check the municipal register for the discounted rate?
No. There is no integration with the municipal register: you create the social rate yourself as just another fee, and checking residency against the document your concession requires is still done at the front desk.
Can I produce a report for the concession's annual report?
You can export the lists of members, fees and payments to CSV, course by course. There is no ready-formatted PDF report for the annual report: the CSV gives you the data, and you put together the final document yourself.
Do seasonal courses, with a start and end date, fit?
Yes. A course is scheduled with its exact period, its capacity and its waitlist, just like any other instructor-led activity.
Can I have a social rate and a standard rate at the same time?
Yes, as many fees as you need rates, each with its own access limits. Who is entitled to which one is still something you manage yourself.
Does Fitmewise already use artificial intelligence to manage the season?
What organizes your season is rules that are already running: the course calendar, the waitlist, the payment collection. LAIA adds the conversational layer: you ask it, and it tells you in plain language.
Do you run a municipal sports center?
We'll show you how your season of courses looks in Fitmewise, with your real rates and your real enrollments.
