Every member has their own thread, and LAIA replies inside it
Every conversation with a member lives in its own thread, with real email and SMS behind it. LAIA answers the repetitive questions there while your team still sees everything, ready to step in whenever it wants.
One thread per member, not an inbox where everything gets mixed up
Every member has a thread with a status, a priority and attachments. Your team already uses it, and it is the foundation LAIA replies on.
- One thread per conversation, with its own status and priority
- Real sending by email (Amazon SES) and SMS (Amazon SNS), genuinely connected
- Dashboard alert the moment a new message arrives
What is built today, channel by channel
- Conversation thread. Every conversation with a member stays in a single thread, with its status, priority and attachments. Your team doesn't dig through email to find out what was said before.
- Email, for real. Sending goes through Amazon SES, with a limit of 14 messages per second so as not to overload the provider. There is a provider connected and working, not a promise of a channel.
- SMS, for real. Same story: Amazon SNS connected and active.
- Real-time alert in the Dashboard. When a new message arrives, your team sees it instantly, without reloading the screen.
- WhatsApp and push notifications to the member's app: not yet. The channel type exists in the configuration, but today no class sends a real WhatsApp message or a real push notification. It's in the plan, not in production.
LAIA reads the thread and replies right there
LAIA, Fitmewise's artificial intelligence, steps into the member's thread and answers the repetitive questions. It uses the same channel your team already uses, email and SMS.
- Replies in the same thread your team uses, not in a separate channel
- Answers through the channels that already work today: email and SMS
- Your team steps in whenever it wants, inside the same thread
What LAIA is here and how it works
- LAIA is Fitmewise's artificial intelligence. It is an in-house orchestrator, in production, that steps into the member's conversation thread.
- It uses what already exists. The same conversation thread and the same sending channels, email and SMS. Your team doesn't have to learn anything new.

We tell you what isn't there before you ask
We'd rather tell you than have you find out by trying it yourself. This is what LAIA doesn't do yet.
- WhatsApp and push to the app: the channel is in the configuration, the real sending isn't
- The Dashboard's chat report builder doesn't talk to your members: it's for your team
- LAIA replies inside your team's thread, not in a separate assistant
What doesn't exist today, said plainly
- LAIA replies inside the conversation thread. It answers the repetitive questions by email and SMS, in the same thread your team handles, with no separate assistant or new channel.
- WhatsApp: no. The channel type is declared in the template configuration, but no class sends a real WhatsApp message anywhere on the platform.
- Push notification to the member's app: no. The code for sending is written and switched off; it doesn't run.
- The Dashboard's chat report builder is not member service. It is an internal tool for your team to build indicators by talking to the system, and it doesn't talk to your members.
LAIA in the conversation thread
LAIA reads your members' thread and replies inside it, by email and SMS, the same channels your team already uses today. It resolves the repetitive questions; your team keeps handling the rest, in the same thread.
What people tend to ask about this module
Does Fitmewise's customer service AI already work?
Yes. LAIA replies inside the same thread your team already uses, by email and SMS. It answers the repetitive questions; everything else stays in your team's hands, in that same thread.
Is the AI going to talk to my members without me knowing?
No. It speaks inside the thread your team already uses, and everything it replies stays there, visible to you.
Does it work over WhatsApp?
Not over WhatsApp, with or without AI. Today Fitmewise has no class that sends a real WhatsApp message. The channels that do work today are email and SMS.
Which languages does LAIA reply in?
Today it replies in Spanish, the language your members' threads are built in. Extending to more languages is pending, with no date yet.
