Hundreds of members. One turnstile that decides on its own.
Fees, payment collection and access working without anyone having to watch over them.
With hundreds of members you can't rely on someone remembering to check a returned receipt or to count who gets in without a card. Fitmewise decides at the turnstile, collects payments on its own and tells you which member is about to leave before they have already gone.

What already happens in gyms
The turnstile opens on trust, not on control
Without a system that decides in the moment, anyone can sneak a friend in or get through with someone else's card, and nobody at the front desk finds out until it has already happened.
Chasing a returned receipt is one person's job, every month
With hundreds of direct debits there are always receipts that bounce back, and phoning people one by one so the payment is retried eats up hours of front-desk time.
A member cancels and nobody knows why until they have already left
With so much volume, a member who stops coming gets lost among the others until the cancellation arrives, and by then there is nothing left to offer them.
The front desk does everything: takes payments, books classes and answers WhatsApp
The more people come through the gym, the more time goes on tasks the member could handle on their own from their phone.
Each pain, with its module behind it
The turnstile decides on its own, with the reason on screen
It checks profile, debt, booking, fee and pass in that order, and if it doesn't let someone through, the front desk sees which of the 24 reasons it is, not an “access denied” that ends in an argument.
Fee, access and facility usage controlA failed payment is retried on its own, up to 14 times
Each branch defines how many days apart to retry and what surcharge to apply, and if the member still hasn't paid after 30 days, the cancellation is triggered automatically.
Payments, invoicing and integrated accountingThe at-risk member has their own kanban
The Active user management pipeline moves a member to “At risk” and to “Retention contacted” before they ever get to asking for cancellation.
CRM and customer lifecycleYour most in-demand classes don't get out of hand
Each class has its capacity and, if it fills up, the waitlist sorts itself out the moment someone cancels.
Group classes, services and spacesOver-the-counter store sales are charged and posted automatically
Each sale is tied to the till and to whoever took the payment, and it is posted in accounting together with the fees, without anyone keying it in twice.
Store and sale of products and servicesA notice to hundreds of members, in a single send
You segment by conditions and launch an email or SMS campaign; the system builds the scheduled message and sends it on its own.
Multichannel bulk communicationA machine breakdown, with its deadline
Every machine in the gym has its own record, with brand, model and warranty, and if the air conditioning in the cycling room breaks down, the incident comes with its SLA, its assigned technician and its resolution deadline. The work order is closed with a photo of the repair and the spare part used, without getting lost in a WhatsApp group.
Maintenance and incident managementYour key indicators, already calculated
125 indicators for your gym, from cancellations to the month's revenue, calculated automatically and closed every night. And if you're missing one, you ask LAIA and she builds it for you with your data, without opening a spreadsheet.
Indicators and KPIs
Who processes the payment
LAIA, watching over the whole gym
LAIA reads the same data as your Dashboard: payments, access and cancellations. You ask her and she answers with your gym's numbers, not with generic advice.
- She tells you which returned receipts have a saved card to retry today
- She tells you which branch has the most cancellations this month, and since when
- She tells you which members have an unused pass before it expires
Just another Monday at a gym with 900 members
At 7:00 the first member walks in with facial recognition; the turnstile checks their fee and lets them through without the front desk having to look at anything. Mid-morning, four receipts have bounced back from the bank: the system has already scheduled the second attempt for two days later. A member who hasn't been in for three weeks shows up marked “At risk” in the retention pipeline, and the sales rep sends them an offer right from there. In the afternoon, someone buys a water bottle at the counter, and that sale is posted by itself in the gym's accounting, together with the day's fees.

What people ask before deciding
What software should I use to manage a gym with a turnstile and lots of members?
One where the turnstile decides on its own using the member's fee data: access, time slots and debt. Fitmewise does it right at the reader, without depending on the front desk looking at anything.
How do I stop members sharing their access card?
By enabling facial recognition, fingerprint or the app's dynamic QR in addition to the card. Every entry is logged with the exact reason, so irregular use can be reviewed afterwards.
Can the gym fee be charged automatically every month?
Yes, with 8 different billing frequencies, from weekly to yearly. A process checks every day which fees are due and triggers the charge on its own.
What happens if a member doesn't pay their fee?
The system retries the charge according to the policy you set per branch — up to 14 times, every 2 days — and if they still haven't paid, it cancels them automatically when the deadline you have set is reached, 30 days by default.
Can I run a gym with several branches in Fitmewise?
Yes, each branch has its own catalog of fees, classes and turnstile. A member can book at another branch in the chain only if you enable that permission plan by plan: there is no single “multi-gym” switch.
Does Fitmewise already work with artificial intelligence?
What decides on its own is business rules already in place: the turnstile, payment retries, automatic cancellation. On top of that, LAIA lets you ask about your gym in natural language and answers with your real data.
