An algorithm generates each member's training plan and they train it from their phone
They create it themselves in the app, without taking up your team's time. The plan progresses on its own, adapts to their aches and pains and follows them home or outdoors when they can't come in.
The training plan is generated on its own
A few questions about the member and the Fitmewise algorithm generates their plan. Then it makes it progress week by week according to how they train.

- Goal, experience, age and the days they can train
- Progresses according to their effort, what they complete and their aches and pains
- Deload weeks and the return from holiday, planned in advance
Everything the algorithm takes into account
- Goal. Build muscle, get leaner or improve health and fitness.
- Experience. How long they have been strength training sets the starting level.
- Days per week. From two to five, with the structure that suits each case.
- Age and sex. The plan changes by age bracket.
- Daily life. Whether they are active or sedentary and whether they work sitting, standing or carrying loads.
- Where they train. Gym, home or outdoors, with equipment or without it.
- How it's going. The effort they feel, how much of the plan they complete and whether anything hurts decide whether they move forward, repeat or deload.
Members create their own plan and train it from their phone
They answer the questions in the app and have their plan straight away. No time from your team and no extra hires.
- A video for every exercise, from warm-up to cool-down
- They log weights and sets, with timed rest
- They swap an exercise for an equivalent one if the machine is busy
- Their weight history, exercise by exercise
Training

They go on holiday and carry on with their plan
Every gym plan has its equivalent for home and for outdoors. Members keep training with you even when they don't set foot in the gym, and have no reason to cancel their fee.
- At home, with whatever equipment they have
- At home, with no equipment
- Outdoors, with or without equipment
- On their return, they pick their gym plan back up where it should be
Create your gym's own algorithms
If your gym trains in its own way, you turn that into an algorithm. You set the rules and the plans, and Fitmewise assigns them and makes them progress for you.
- Rules based on what they complete, their effort, the weeks, weight or body fat
- You decide: level up, repeat, deload or ask for an assessment
- Plan editor by days, with supersets, intensity and rest periods
- A simulator to test it before using it with members

LAIA adapts the plan to each member
LAIA starts from the plan the algorithm has generated and adjusts it to what is happening to that person. Before generating it she asks three open, optional questions, and the plan comes out ready made.
- Their knee hurts: she swaps the exercise for an equivalent one
- They don't want jumps or have no barbell: she avoids it
- She takes into account their camera assessment and their sets
- She adjusts reps and rounds, without touching the plan's structure
What LAIA can change and what she can't
- Areas with discomfort. Neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, back, lower back, hip, knee and ankle.
- What to avoid. Jumps, running, deep squats, overhead work, floor work and each type of equipment.
- What changes. An exercise for an equivalent one from the catalog, the reps, the rounds, the warm-up and the notes.
- What she doesn't touch. The days, the plan's structure and the weights. She doesn't diagnose injuries.
- When she asks. Only if the gym has the AI assistant active. If you fill in nothing, the plan is generated instantly, without AI.
You know how each member is doing at a glance
On the record, the Specialist sees what the member really trains and how their body is changing. Members see their own progress in the app.
- How much of their plan they complete
- Weight, body composition, circumferences and skinfolds, with their progress
- Progress photos and goals per measurement
- Functional, anthropometric, medical and habits assessment
The phone camera counts the reps
Members can train guided by their phone's camera. No video is recorded: only the points of the movement are saved.
- It counts the reps for them
- It tells them what to correct with a recorded voice
- The Specialist reviews the set as an animated skeleton, never as video

What people tend to ask about this module
Do I have to build the plans from scratch?
No. The Fitmewise algorithm generates each member's training plan. If you want, you can create your own algorithms and your own plans with your gym's methodology.
Can members create their plan on their own?
Yes. They answer the questions in the app and have their plan straight away, without your team spending any time on it.
What happens when a member goes on holiday?
They carry on with the equivalent of their plan for home or outdoors, with or without equipment, and pick it back up in the gym when they return.
How does LAIA adapt a plan?
If your gym has the AI assistant active, she asks three open, optional questions: aches or injuries, movements or equipment to avoid, and anything else. With that, the plan is generated directly.
Is video of the member recorded when they train with the camera?
No. The video never leaves the phone: only the points of the movement are saved, and the Specialist sees them as an animated skeleton.
