Fitmewise
Chains and franchises

Ten branches. One place to look.

Each branch works its own way, and you see all of it from the same account.

Setting up a new branch shouldn't mean repeating all the work, and a member who travels shouldn't be left unable to train. Fitmewise keeps the catalog, the fee and the payments separate for each branch, and brings them together in a single account for whoever runs the chain.

Ten branches. One place to look.
What you already know

What already happens in chains and franchises

  • Every branch sends its spreadsheet at the end of the month

You find out how Bilbao did when September is already beyond repair.

  • Setting up a new branch means repeating all the work

Class catalog, fees and turnstile all over again, branch by branch, with nothing to copy.

  • A member who travels can't train at your other branch

If you haven't set it up, their fee is only valid where they signed up.

  • Each branch takes payment its own way and you don't see the whole picture

One uses a POS, another direct debit, another both, and consolidating the accounts is manual work.

How Fitmewise solves it

Each pain, with its module behind it

  • Each branch starts with its own catalog

Activity types, turnstile zones and service families belong to the branch, not to the whole company: you set up the new branch without touching the ones that already work.

    Group classes, services and spaces
  • The same member, with their fee, at another branch

You mark, plan by plan, which fees can also book outside their home branch, with the permission switched on by hand; it is not open access by default.

Fee, access and facility usage control
  • Each branch takes payment its own way, and you see it all

You enable the payment gateway branch by branch, each with its own invoice numbering and its own direct-debit retry policy; the general account brings it together.

    Payments, invoicing and integrated accounting
  • The store catalog is decided branch by branch

A product can sell at one branch and not at another without duplicating the listing or maintaining two catalogs.

Store and sale of products and services
  • Every branch, compared on the same panel

Each branch closes its own figures every night, and you compare the indicators of all ten on the same dashboard tab, without asking anyone for a report. When you need to take it to a meeting, you export the list you need as CSV.

    Indicators and KPIs

LAIA, watching all your branches at once

LAIA reads the same panels you already use today, branch by branch. Ask it why one branch is performing worse than the rest and it answers with the numbers for that branch, not with a generic report.

  • Tells you which branch has dropped the most this month, and since when
  • Compares revenue and cancellations across your branches without you building the table
  • Sends the notice to the right members, if you ask it to
A day with Fitmewise

A Monday morning with six branches open

At nine you log into Fitmewise and see the fees collected over the weekend across your six branches. In Bilbao you set up a new branch by copying the activity catalog from another one, with its own zones and timetables. A member from Madrid spends two days at your Getafe center and gets in with the same fee because you enabled that cross-branch booking for their plan. In the afternoon, the Valencia branch adds a new product to the store that is only sold there, and the sale is recorded in its own accounts, with its own invoice numbering.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before deciding

Is there a "multi-center" mode that brings everything together automatically?

There is no single multi-center switch: each branch is its own unit, with its own catalog and fee. Whatever you want to share between branches —letting a member book at another one, for example— you enable yourself, plan by plan.

Can I compare the performance of my branches on a single screen?

Today there is no ready-made screen that puts them side by side out of the box: the per-branch analytics engine exists, but the role panel that would show it still serves sample data in several of its indicators. We say so plainly so you don't take it for granted.

Can each branch have its own payment gateway?

Yes. You enable the payment channel branch by branch, with its own direct-debit retry policy and its own invoice numbering.

Can a member train at any of my branches with the same fee?

They can, if you enable it for that specific plan: it isn't open access by default, it's a box you tick fee by fee and branch by branch.

Does Fitmewise already use artificial intelligence to compare branches?

What compares your branches today is rules and tables that are already running. On top of that, LAIA tells you in plain language: you ask it, and it answers with the numbers for that branch.

How many branches do you run?

We'll show you how your whole chain looks in Fitmewise, with your real branches and your real fees.
