Fitmewise
Padel and tennis clubs

Courts book themselves, not through a WhatsApp group.

Court booking, session passes and payments, all in the same place.

A padel club lives off the free court at 7:00 pm and the pass someone bought three months ago. Fitmewise books the court with the same engine as a class, tracks how many sessions are left on each pass and takes payment without anyone having to chase anything.

What you already know

What already happens in padel and tennis clubs

  • Booking a court means a WhatsApp group and a spreadsheet

Without a central system, sorting out who has court 4 at 7:00 pm depends on who answers the message first.

  • Nobody knows how many sessions a pass has left

The member thinks they have three sessions left when they really have one, and the doubt is settled by looking at a notebook.

  • Renting a single court, with no pass or fee, is a case of its own

A non-member who just wants to play one evening doesn't fit if the whole system is built around monthly fees.

  • Club equipment is sold without being recorded anywhere

Rackets, balls and grips are sold for cash at the counter, and that sale never reaches the club's accounts.

How Fitmewise solves it

Each pain, with its module behind it

  • Book the court the same way you'd book a class

Courts are just another bookable area, with their own capacity, booking window and cancellation deadline by family, configurable for the club.

    Group classes, services and spaces
  • A court out of service, with its deadline

A broken net or a blown floodlight on court 3 is reported through a link, without the person who spots it having to log in, and the incident comes with its SLA and its assigned technician. The work order is closed with the part used and its cost, so you know how much it costs you to maintain each court.

    Maintenance and incident management
  • Access to the club, controlled at the door

If the club has a turnstile, it decides based only on the member's fee and debt, with the exact reason on screen if they can't get in.

Fee, access and facility usage control
  • Charge for a single court or a pass, without chasing anyone

Cash, card or direct debit, each with its own switch per branch, and if the payment of a fee fails, the system retries on its own up to 14 times.

    Payments, invoicing and integrated accounting
  • Club equipment is sold and recorded on its own

Rackets, balls and grips with their own stock and price; every counter sale is recorded in the club's accounts alongside fees and passes.

Store and sale of products and services
  • A tournament or a court closure, announced to the whole club at once

You segment by whatever you like —for example, members with an active pass— and send the notice by email or SMS, without writing to them one by one.

    Multichannel bulk communication

LAIA, knowing which court gets played on most

LAIA answers questions about your club using your real bookings: which court is always busy and which one stays empty, which passes are about to expire unused.

  • Tells you which court time slot has the most demand each week
  • Warns you which members have a pass about to expire unused
  • Tells you which fee direct debits have been returned, ready to retry
A day with Fitmewise

A Saturday morning at a 6-court club

By 9:00 am four of the six courts are already booked, each with its start and end time blocked so it doesn't overlap the next one. A member pays for their 10-session pass when they sign up, and every match they play deducts a session automatically, without anyone writing it down by hand. A visitor without a pass pays for a single court in cash at the counter, and that sale is tied to the day's cash register. In the afternoon, the club sends an email notice to all members with an active pass: there's an internal tournament on Sunday and courts 1 and 2 will be blocked.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before deciding

What software works for managing a padel and tennis club?

One that treats the court the way a class is treated: with its own booking engine, capacity and cancellation. Fitmewise uses the same system for courts, classes and services.

How do I charge for padel passes?

A pass is either session-based or wallet-based, with its own expiry or none at all. Every booked match deducts a session automatically, and the member sees in their app how many are left.

Can a tennis court be booked from a phone?

The member books from the app within the rules the club sets: maximum and minimum notice, and whether they need a balance on a pass to be able to book.

Does the system warn you if two members book the same court at the same time?

The engine prevents the same person from booking the same session twice, but a clash between two different schedules in the same space isn't yet detected automatically: today that is the responsibility of whoever builds the club's timetable.

Does Fitmewise already book or recommend courts using artificial intelligence?

Booking works with capacity and notice rules that you configure yourself. On top of that, LAIA answers questions about the club's occupancy in natural language.
