Set up a course once and its fee charges itself
Dates, places and category on the course; price, billing frequency and enrollment fee on its fee. It is sold from the Dashboard or with a Smart link, and members sign up, pay and cancel from their app.
You set the date, the places and the category
You define the course once: when it starts and ends, which days and at what time, its duration, its places and its category. Separately, you decide whether it shows in the member app and whether it shows on the website.
- Start and end date, days and time, with its duration
- Places and category specific to each course
- Two switches: visible in the member app, visible on the website
How a course is organized, field by field
- Dates and schedule: each course has its start date, its end date, the days of the week and the time it is taught, with its duration.
- Places and category: the course sets how many places it has and which category it belongs to, so the catalog organizes itself.
- App and website separately: each course has one switch for the member app and another for the website. You show it only to your members, only on the website or in both places.
- Attendee list: each course has its own list of who has signed up.

A course can have several fees, each with its own price and billing frequency
A course fee has its own price, billing frequency and enrollment fee, with the first period prorated just like the gym's fees. One course can have several fees, so each member joins through the one that suits them.
- Price, billing frequency and enrollment fee specific to each fee
- The first period is prorated, as with the gym's fees
- Renewing the fee keeps its courses; canceling it cancels them
What a course fee includes and what happens when it is renewed or canceled
- Several fees per course: one course can have more than one fee, each with its own price and its own billing frequency.
- Enrollment fee and proration: a course fee carries its own enrollment fee, and the first period is prorated just like the gym's fees.
- Renewing keeps; canceling removes: renewing the fee keeps the member in their courses. Canceling it removes them from every course linked to that fee.

Every sign-up gets the promotion that applies depending on the channel and the client
A course promotion is applied by plan, by branch, by channel, by client type and by payment method. If it doesn't apply to a sign-up, the Dashboard explains why. And a Smart link sells the course on its own: the client pays and is enrolled.
- Promotion by plan, branch, channel, client type and payment method
- The Dashboard explains why a promotion doesn't apply to a sign-up
- Smart link with the price and promotion already set: the client pays and is enrolled
The conditions of a promotion, and what the Smart link does
- Five conditions: plan, branch, channel (app, Dashboard or Smart link), client type (new or member) and payment method decide whether a promotion applies.
- The reason, in plain sight: when a promotion doesn't apply to a sign-up, the Dashboard says which condition fails.
- The Smart link sells on its own: the client opens it, sees the price with the promotion applied, pays and is enrolled in the course, without going through the front desk.
An unpaid course fee is chased and tracked just like the gym's
Outstanding course charges are chased with the same payment link as the gym's, and the CRM's rejected-payment and unpaid flows cover them too. On the client's record, their course fees appear next to the gym's.
- Payment link to chase what's outstanding, just like the gym's fees
- The CRM's rejected-payment and unpaid flows also cover course fees
- The client's record shows their course fees next to the gym's
How an unpaid course fee is chased and where you can see it
- Same link, same mechanism: an outstanding course charge is chased with a payment link, just like one for the gym's fees.
- The CRM flows already cover it: rejected payment and unpaid run the same for a course fee as for a gym fee.
- On the same record: the client's course fees appear next to the gym's.

LAIA gives the price with the promotion already applied
LAIA knows your gym's course catalog. If someone asks about a course in the website chat, she answers with the real price and the promotion that applies, without anyone on your team having to look it up.
What people tend to ask about this module
Can a course have more than one fee?
Yes. A course supports several course fees, each with its own price and its own billing frequency.
What happens if the member cancels their course fee?
They are also removed from the courses linked to that fee. If they renew it instead of canceling, they stay signed up.
Can I sell a course without going through the Dashboard?
Yes, with a Smart link: the client sees the price with the promotion applied, pays and is enrolled on their own.
Do I see course fees on the same record as the gym's?
Yes. The client's record shows both together.
