The WOD fills up in three minutes. You need to know who really has a spot.
Real capacity, a waitlist that sorts itself out and a community that doesn't fade with every cancellation.
In a box, the class is the product: if the 6:00 pm WOD fills up over WhatsApp, someone gets left out without knowing it. Fitmewise controls capacity, sorts the waitlist on its own and tells you which members haven't set foot in the box for weeks.

What already happens in crossfit boxes
The waitlist is run over WhatsApp and by hand
When the WOD fills up, someone has to note down who is waiting and tell them one by one if a spot opens up.
No-shows leave an empty spot that nobody recovers
A member books and doesn't turn up, and that spot, which could have gone to someone else, is lost with no consequence.
The WOD limit per fee is tracked from memory
Without a real cap, a member on 8 classes a month can sneak into a ninth and nobody notices until the invoice doesn't add up.
A member stops coming and the box doesn't find out until they ask to leave
A box's community depends on people coming back; if nobody flags it when someone cools off, they're lost without ever being given the chance to stay.
Each pain, with its module behind it
The WOD has a capacity, and the waitlist sorts itself out
Each class has its capacity and its coach; if it fills up, whoever is on the waitlist moves up as soon as someone cancels, without anyone having to notify them by hand.
Group classes, services and spaces8 WODs a month, not one more, with no counting by hand
The cap is defined in the fee —for example 8 instructor-led classes a month— and whatever isn't used can be carried over to the following month, with the expiry you decide.
Fee, access and facility usage controlThe box fee is charged on its own, every month
You set the billing frequency once and a process checks every day which fees are due and triggers the payment, without anyone having to launch it by hand.
Payments, invoicing and integrated accountingThe member who's cooling off has their own pipeline
Reactivating former members and the cancellation risk of active ones are managed on a separate kanban, so you can offer them something before they leave for good.
CRM and customer lifecycleOne notice to the whole box, in a single send
The 7:00 am WOD changes time or you're organizing an event, and you tell all members at once by email or SMS, without writing to them one by one.
Multichannel bulk communicationThe technical movement, explained before the WOD
A snatch or a muscle-up isn't learned in the two-minute explanation before the WOD. The new member goes over the technique video from the Videos tab of their app, in the category you enable for the box, before coming to class.
Digital content for members in the app
LAIA knows your box better than the whiteboard
LAIA answers questions about your box with your real data: which class always fills up, who has stopped coming, where there is spare capacity.
- Tells you which WOD fills up in the first few minutes, every week
- Warns you which members haven't booked a single class for weeks
- Tells you which time slot has spare capacity, so you can move a coach or open a new class
A 6:00 pm WOD in a box of 150 members
The class fills up at 10 in the morning, and the next two people to book go on the waitlist with their position. At 5:40 pm someone cancels and the first on the list moves up on their own, without the coach having to look at their phone. When it ends, two members didn't show up: one of them has already used up their forgiven no-shows, so the next one costs them an extra session from their pass. That same afternoon, a member who hasn't booked for 16 days appears in the risk pipeline, ready for someone at the box to message them.

What people ask before deciding
What software works for managing a CrossFit box?
One that controls the capacity of each WOD and the waitlist, not just the monthly fee. Fitmewise does both with the same booking engine.
How do I run a class waitlist without doing it by hand?
It's activated per branch: each member joins the list with their position and status, and when someone cancels, the next one moves up on their own.
Can I limit how many WODs the monthly fee includes?
Yes, you set a cap —for example 8 instructor-led classes a month— and you can let whatever isn't used carry over to the following month.
What happens if a member books and doesn't come?
You decide the consequence: from a simple warning to an extra-session charge or removal from the waitlist, with a number of no-shows you forgive before penalising.
Does the system notify by WhatsApp when a spot opens up?
Not yet: WhatsApp is declared in the messaging templates, but there is no real sending behind it. Today the member sees the notice in their own position on the waitlist inside the app.
