An algorithm generates each member's nutrition plan and adjusts it every two weeks
It calculates how much energy each person burns, gives them a plan with several options per meal and corrects it according to how their weight changes. The member creates it themselves in the app.
The nutrition plan generates itself
A few questions about the member and Fitmewise's algorithm calculates how much they burn each day and generates their plan, with its meals and foods.
- Calculates their expenditure from their weight, height, age, job and training
- Omnivore, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free or low-carb
- Three to six meals a day, Mediterranean or international cuisine
Everything the algorithm takes into account
- Goal. Lose fat, maintain or gain muscle mass.
- Their body. Sex, age, weight, height and body composition.
- Their daily life. Whether they have an office job or a physically demanding one, and how long their training lasts.
- Energy expenditure. With that data it calculates the calories each person needs.
- Type of diet. Omnivore, vegetarian, sports, gluten-free, dairy-free, gluten- and dairy-free, or low-carb.
- Meals and cuisine. Three to six meals a day, Mediterranean or international.
- How they're getting on. Their weight, their body composition, how hungry they get and how well they stick to the plan.
Members create their own plan and see it every day
They answer the questions in the app and have their nutrition plan straight away. No team time spent and no extra hires.
- Today's calories and macros at a glance
- Several options per meal, each with its photo
- The grams of each food and its household measure
- Different amounts on the day they train and the day they rest

The plan adjusts every two weeks
The algorithm reviews how the member's weight is changing and raises or lowers the calories in their plan. Nobody has to remember to redo it.
- Raises or lowers calories according to the change in weight
- Takes measurements, skinfolds and bioimpedance into account
- Asks about hunger and how well they stick to the plan
- With a minimum calorie level it won't go below
Create the algorithms and dishes of your center
If your center has its own way of working with nutrition, you turn it into an algorithm. And the nutritionist builds their plans with their own foods and dishes.
- Your starting calories, your macro split and your allergens
- Rules based on weight, fat, weeks and adherence
- Your own foods and dishes, with a photo and nutritional sheet
- Supplementation per meal and recommendations in PDF

LAIA adapts the plan to each member
LAIA starts from the plan the algorithm generated and adapts it to what the member doesn't eat. Before generating it, it asks about foods, schedules and habits, and the plan comes out ready-made.
- Swaps one food for an equivalent one
- Avoids what they don't eat: gluten, lactose, fish, pork, pulses and more
- Adjusts the grams and leaves notes on the meal
- Keeps the plan's calories
What people tend to ask about this module
Who builds the nutrition plans?
Fitmewise's algorithm generates each member's plan. If you want, you create your own algorithms and your own dishes with your center's methodology.
Can members create their plan on their own?
Yes. They answer the questions from the app and have their nutrition plan straight away, without your team spending any time on it.
Are there plans for vegetarians or gluten-free?
Yes. The algorithm works with omnivore, vegetarian, sports, gluten-free, dairy-free, gluten- and dairy-free and low-carb diets.
Does the plan change over time?
Yes. Every two weeks the algorithm reviews the member's weight and adjusts the calories in their plan.
Can LAIA change the calories?
No. LAIA swaps foods for equivalent ones, adjusts grams and leaves notes. The plan's calories stay the same.
